Project 'Fleet Commander' is run by Duncan Sheard, a 27 year old university student from Durham in the UK. Currently studying for a podiatry degree, Duncan goes by many names online with the most common being Lynx Sarnage. He has always been a keen gamer and has always loved sci-fi, being an avid trekker and a fan of other series such as Bablyon 5 and Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Until recently his creative energy has gone into anthromorphic artwork and fiction writing. Whilst these are still present in his life he is now also trying card game creation having successfully created a working version of the Gamecube game Phantasy Star Online Episode 3. He has played Magic for several years and has investigated other card games although he has not played them himself.

He aims for Project FC to become a large scale project and possibly publish if it proves a success. Delusions of grandeur or simple ambition? Only time will tell.
